Gyakufunsha, also called 'The Wandering Shop', is run by Kommando Kawasaki, the twin brother of the owner of Choku-Funsha. He sells crafting materials and random blueprints to those he deems worthy.

The Wandering shop can be randomly found in certain dead end locations, easily spotted on the map by having only one escalator connecting them to the rest of the tower.
